People‘s College International (PCI) has the vision to assist Jawa Tengah to establish an intelligent community based system for life long learning, that is based on the already existing resources in Jawa Tengah and Yogyakarta.

Such a system is actually not existing in Jawa Tengah, although it could contribute a lot to the social, economic, cultural and ecological development of a locality.
